摘要
目的:通过考察青年医务人员工作压力与职业认同的相关关系,为探索改善青年医务人员职业认同状况提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方式对253名青年医务人员进行工作压力和职业认同问卷调查。结果:青年医务人员工作压力与职业认同负性相关关系显著;总体上,青年医务人员工作压力对职业认同具有一定的负向预测作用。结论:应着力缓解青年医务人员的工作压力,加强其职业认同教育,提高其职业认同水平。
Objective By examining the correlation between job stress and professional identity in young medical staffs, the ba- sis would be provided on improving professional identity. Methods 253 young medical staffs that were chose by the convenience sampling method were measured by the questionnaires of job stress and professional identity. Results ( 1 ) There was significant negative correlation between the scores in job stress and professional identity;(2) Generally,job stress has a negative predictive effect on professional identity. Conclusions It was nessary to relieve the job stress and improve professional identity of young profes- sional identity.
