Situation Analysis of Henan Newlyweds' free Premarital Examination

目的:通过问卷调查,了解河南省免费婚检的现状和存在的问题,为改善河南省婚检工作提供可行的政策建议。方法:在河南省随机抽取17个区(县)进行问卷调查,使用SPSS19.0统计软件进行数据录入和分析。结果:新婚夫妇的婚检率为50.4%,程序复杂、觉得没有必要是新婚夫妇未参加婚检的主要原因。结论:免费婚检政策对河南省婚检率提高贡献巨大。提高准新人婚检知识普及率是搞好婚检工作的前提和基础,实施免费婚检制度是保证,实行婚育一站式服务是措施。

Objective To understand the current situation and problems of Henan free premarital examination, and to provide practical policy recommendations for improving premarital examination work in Henan Province. Methods In the 17 District （ coun- ty） of Henan province were randomly selected to carry on the questionnaire survey, using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data en- try and analysis. Results Premarital examination rate of newlyweds is 50.4% . The complexity of the procedure and sense of unnec- essary are the main reasons that the couple did not participate in premarital examination. Conclusions Free premarital policy could greatly increase premarital rate in Henan province. Improving the couples premarital knowledge popularization rate is the prerequi- site and foundation to do a good job of the premarital, and the implementation of free premarital system is to ensure, and the imple- mentation of one-stop service is a measure of marriage and childbearing.
