摘要
目的探讨机器人手术系统用于胆总管囊肿切除并Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术的可行性、安全性及优势。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院应用机器人手术系统为2例病人行胆总管囊肿切除并Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术的临床资料。结果机器人手术均获成功,无中转开腹。手术时间140~170min,术中出血50mL,术中及术后均无须输血,痊愈出院。术后分别随访23个月和14个月。结论机器人辅助胆总管囊肿切除并Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合术安全、可行,其优势有待进一步增加病例数及远期随访结果证实。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and security of robot surgical system in resection of choledochal cysts and Roux-en-Y( bilioenterostomy. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients who underwent choledochal cysts resection and Roux-en-Y bilioeuterostomy with robotic system from July 2012 to July 2013 in Rui Jin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the operations by robot were performed successfully and none was converted to laparotomy. The operation time was range 140 to 170 mins. The intraoperative blood loss was 50 ml. No transfusion was needed during and after the operation. The follow up of 23 months and 14 months were done postoperatively. Conclusion Robot-assisted resection of choledochal cysts and Roux-en-Y bilioenterostomy are secure, feasible and mini-invasive. The superiority remains to be confirmed by more cases and long-term follow-up.
