摘要 流域水生态改善是关系城市经济发展和人民生活质量提高的重要战略性工程。以水资源价值评估方法为理论基础,对不同水环境破坏情况下的水生态修复方法进行了讨论,得出流域治理所需的标准水源最低理论耗水量L0、水环境治理后的水资源价值提升值V3,以及水环境修复过程中所需的运营维护价值;针对不同水域形式,介绍了水环境修复工程措施的应用;最后总结了水生态治理工程的实施条件,保证治理工程的顺利进行。 Water ecology improvement of a river basin is closely relates to economic development of cities and enhancement of human living condition. Based on the theory of water resources value evaluation, discussions are made on the methods of ecological recovery under different environment-damaged conditions. It helps to obtain the lowest theoretical water consumption (Lo) of standard water source needed by the river basin, increased value (V3) of water resources after improvement of water environment, and operation and maintenance value during the process of water environment recovery. Applied measures for water environment recovery of various water bodies are introduced. Finally, the implementation condition of water ecology improvement project is summarized in order to ensure success of the project.
