Research advances in HIV vaccine: challenges and dawns

虽然安全有效的艾滋病疫苗至今仍未问世,但近年来艾滋病疫苗的研发不断有新的突破,一系列的候选疫苗走上了临床试验阶段,一系列的新型疫苗处于不断的研究中,新免疫策略和HIV致病机制的研究发现为HIV的疫苗带来了曙光,本文综述了近年来HIV疫苗的进展,希望为HIV疫苗的后续研究提供思路。

Although safe and effective HIV vaccine still unborn,recent advances in HIV vaccine development have created a renaissance in the search for an ideal HIV vaccine. These advances including a series of candidates entering into clinical trials; a series of novel vaccination strategies inducing appropriate immune response; a series of mechanism for HIV and host how to defend for each other have been elucidated. The challenges and Dawns for development of HIV vaccine were reviewed. The train of thought was provided for follow-up research HIV vaccine.
