摘要
卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)是一种糖蛋白激素,是临床上治疗男女不孕症的主要药物之一,在人类辅助生殖技术中扮演着重要的角色。但是由于其半衰期相对较短,需要频繁给药,患者的依从性较差。近年来,开发半衰期长、生物活性高的长效卵泡刺激素成为新药研究的热点。目前实现卵泡刺激素长效化的方法主要为增加糖基化位点和与IgG Fc片段融合。本文就文献报道的长效卵泡刺激素药物分子和它们的主要生物学特性进行综述。
Follicle stimulating hormone( FSH),a glycoprotein hormone,plays an important role in human assisted reproduction in clinic as one of the main drugs in the treatment of man and woman infertility. However,its relatively short half-life requires frequent administration,which makes poor patient compliance. In recent years,the development of long-acting follicle stimulating hormones,which have a longer half-life and higher in vivo activity than wild-type FSH,has become a hot research. Currently the methods of designing a long-acting FSH include increasing glycosylation sites and making Fc fusion proteins. In this paper,we reviewed the long-acting follicle stimulating hormone drugs and their main biological properties.
