白藜芦醇是一种活性物质,具有特殊的保健及药用功能。本文阐述了白藜芦醇的提取方法,包括有机溶剂提取法、水提法、超声波法、微波萃取法、酶解法、超临界CO2萃取法、碱溶酸沉法、膜分离法、双水相萃取技术等方法,并综述了近年来白藜芦醇的检测方法。
Resveratrol is a kind of active substancewith special health care and medical function. This paper describes the method for extracting resveratrol, including organic solvent extraction, water extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis, supercritical CO2 extraction, alkali extraction and acid precipitation, membrane separation, and aqueous two-phase extraction method, and summarizes the detection method of resveratrol in recent years.
