豌豆种质资源抗绿豆象鉴定 被引量:5

Investigation on Pea Germplasm Resistance to Mungbean Bruchid( Callosobruchus chinensis L. )

摘要 豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)仓储期间,绿豆象(Callosobruchus chinensis L.)较豌豆象(Bruchus pisorum L.)危害程度更大。在室温条件下,对256份豌豆资源采用饱和侵染法接种绿豆象,鉴定各资源的抗性情况。结果显示,供试的256份豌豆资源均达到饱和侵染。粒色为浅色(浅黄、淡粉、黄绿)、绿色和深色(褐色、褐麻等)的豌豆资源,绿豆象卵孵化并形成蛀孔的豆粒数量分别为8.19±7.40、13.23±7.18和2.66±4.31个/处理,差异显著(P<0.05)。来源为国外、国内春播区和国内秋播区的豌豆资源,绿豆象卵孵化并形成蛀孔的豆粒数量分别为10.26±6.64、6.96±7.82和4.21±5.48个/处理,差异性显著(P<0.05)。表明粒色较深的豌豆具有较强抗性,来源于秋播区的豌豆种质具有较强抗性。 Pea(Pisum sativum L.) is damaged by Mungbean bruchid(Callosobruchus chinensis L.) more seriously than pea weevil( Bruchus pisorum L.) in the storage period. 256 germplasm of pea,20 seeds per accession,were infected by feeding mungbean bruchid at room temperature from May 5 to Oct 11 in 2013 in Beijing. Resistance levels of each accession to bruchid were observed based on the situation of seed damage and analysed according to their seed color and geographical origins. The results showed that the average numbers of seeds with boring hole on seed coat genotypes of light colour( yellow,pink,yellowish green),green,and dark( brown,brown dotted and brown striped) were 8. 19 ± 7. 40,13. 23 ± 7. 18,2. 66 ± 4. 31 respectively,with significant difference( P 〈0. 05).The average numbers of seeds with boring holes from abroad,spring sowing area and autumn sowing area of China were 10. 26 ± 6. 64,6. 96 ± 7. 82,4. 21 ± 5. 48 respectively,with sigenificant difference(P 〈0. 05).
