绝热多段固定床甲烷化反应器设计中几个问题的研究 被引量:16

摘要 相比一般固定床反应器的设计,绝热多段固定床甲烷化反应器的设计具有一定特殊性。针对甲烷化反应器运行中诸如床层热点穿出、床层超温、催化剂结构性破坏、反应器冷热位移等影响,以及甲烷化反应器安全稳定运行的问题进行了研究,分析了这些问题产生的原因,并给出解决问题的建议。 Compared with the general fixed-bed reactor,the design of multi-stage fixed bed adiabatic methanation reactor has certain peculiarities.The causes of the existing problems during the operation of adiabatic methanation reactor are analyzed,including hot piercing on the bed,over-temperature,catalyst structural damage,safe and steady operation,and so on.Some suggestions are also proposed to solve these issues.
