57例茵栀黄注射液致过敏反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of 57 Cases of Allergic Reaction Induced by Yinzhihuang Injection

目的探讨茵栀黄注射液致过敏反应的发生规律及临床特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1981-2013-09期间国内医药学期刊报道应用茵栀黄注射液致过敏反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果符合纳入标准的有57例患者,年龄集中在30 a以下。男性患者占59.6%。49.1%的患者在30 min内发生过敏反应。过敏性休克19例。除2例死亡外,其余经停药、对症处置后均好转。茵栀黄注射剂使用上存在剂量偏大、不当联用等问题。结论临床上应严格按照药品说明书使用茵栀黄注射剂,加强用药监测,确保用药安全有效。

Objective To explore the general rule and the characteristics of allergic reaction induced by Yinzhihuang injection,and to provide references for the rational application of this drug. Methods Allergic reaction induced by Yingzhihuang injection in domestic literatures between 1981 and sept. 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results In the survey,57 patients met the inclusion criteria,and under 30 years old. Male patients accounted for 59. 6%. 49. 1% of patients occurred allergic reaction in 30 min. 19 cases occurred anaphylactic shock. Except for 2 cases of death,the rest patients were improved after symptomatic treatment or withdrawal the treatment. There were some problems in the use Yinzhihuang injections such as overdose,improper combined with other drug etc. Conclusion Yinzhihuang injections should be used strictly in accordance with the package insert in the clinic. Its monitoring should be strengthened to ensure the safe and effective medication.
