射孔器腔内压力测试系统的高频响应展宽研究

摘要 在射孔过程中射孔器腔内会产生二次压力脉冲,一次压力脉冲是一种对于腔内压力测试系统的抗冲击设计、频响设计以及传感器选择的重要参数;二次脉冲是石油企业工程分析的重要参数;为了在高温、高压、高冲击环境中测得一次脉冲,为射孔器腔内压力测试系统的设计提供重要依据,延长射孔器枪内压力测试系统的使用寿命和降低高昂的成本实现信号的完整采集,保证动态测试精度,从实际应用需求出发,给出了系统频响展宽的总体设计方案和测试信号的技术指标。 In the process of perforating will produce two kinds of pressure pulses, in the design of shock resistance , sensor selection and sensor frequency response , the first pulse is an important parameter, the second pulse is an important parameter of petroleum enterprise en- gineering analysis. To measure the first pulse in high temperature , high pressure , and high impact, provide important design basis for the pressure measurement system, promote the service life of Perforation gun internal pressure testing system and reduce the high cost of signal collecting, full guarantee the dynamic testing precision, this article embarks from the actual application requirements, the overall design scheme of frequency response bandwidth and the technical index of the test signal are presented.
