摘要
为了解决当前高速公路服务区环境管理人员缺乏而且地理位置相对封闭的特点造成较难管理的问题,设计了一种基于STM32控制器和RS485网络的多点环境监测系统;以传感适配器作为终端节点和下位机,完成环境数据采集;通过SP3485芯片的RS485接口电路采用485总线技术将信号传输给上位PC机,自定义的通讯协议保证了通讯的可靠性;采用VB语言和模块化设计思想开发上位机程序,在ACCESS数据库的作用下对测量的数据规范化管理;搭建的实验系统测试结果表明系统具有组网灵活,性价比高,测量数据误差在3%以内,能较好地满足高速公路服务区环境监测和管理的需求。
In order to monitoring the environment where lack of regulators to detect the parameter all the time, an environment monito- ring system is designed based on STM32. The overall design of monitoring system and hardware--software design have been introduced. Both Signal acquisition terminal and main monitor system are using STM32 as the core; the application software of main system is developed by VB. By means of RS485 communication between them and the main monitor system get the data, which is used to compare with the set value. The experiment results show that the measuring error is less than 3% and can stable and reliable work all the time. What' s more, cost--effective, real--time and low power is the system' s advantages. Effectively solve the problem of environmental monitoring.
