摘要
针对工作空间测量定位系统(wMPS)网络测量场中对发射站的控制需求,提出了一种基于物联网技术的发射站集中控制系统;该系统包括发射站节点层,现场网络层和应用层,利用无线传感器与微控制器实现发射站节点的控制与通信,网络层将发射站分区域接入工业网络,测量主机作为服务器对发射站进行统一管理;通过实验表明,无线传输系统延时小,每秒可完成3次完整的控制与响应流程,控制系统运行稳定且易于扩展,提高了测量系统应用于现场时的工作效率。
Aiming at the controlling requirement of transmitters in wMPS network measurement field, a centralized control system for transmitters based on lnternet of things technology has been proposed. System including transmitter node layer, network layer and applica- tion layer. Making use of wireless sensors and micro controllers to realize the controlling and communication function of transmitter nodes. These nodes access to the industrial network regionally. Measuring PC server can uniformly manage these transmitters. Through experi- ments, test results show that the transmission delay is small, controlling system can complete controlling and response process 3 times per second and system runs stably. Moreover, it has strong scalability, can well improve the work efficiency in measurement fields.
