摘要
设计了一种传感器信号与GPIO口数字量隔离与采集的方案,研究了模拟信号线性光耦的隔离与电压转换技术,提出了采用光耦隔离模拟量与数字信号,利用主控芯片FPGA完成单路采样率不低于5kHz的模拟量与数字量数据的混合编帧,使用缓冲FIFO实时完成记录仪的发送与接收,通过对数据的的回读来确保数据传输的正确性与可靠性;经大量测试表明,该方案稳定、实用,满足系统的实时性要求。
This paper introduces a design of analog signals and GPIO digital isolation and acquisition scheme, the research stressed the i- solation of the linear optocoupler and voltage conversion technology. The analog and digital signal are isolated by optocoupler. The main con- trol chip FPGA completed data mixed frame which contains the single channel sampling rate is not less than 5 kHz and digital data. The use of buffer FIFO is to send and receive real--time recorder. The data readed back to ensures the accuracy and reliability of data transmission . After a lot of tests, it showed that the scheme is stable, practical and meets the design requirements.
