First introduces PCM standard and test installation of new aircrafts network package protocol. Then explains design about the device for test installation of new aircrafts network data to PCM/NRZL signal transformation PCM signal producer. Finally introduces its application to the new--lateral airplane flight test. The result of test and application shows the design about transformation for test installa- tion of new aircrafts network data to PCM/NRZL is correct, transformation speed and delay meet demands for flight test.
