高龄妇女再生育子代健康风险 被引量:20

摘要 十八届三中全会通过了"单独二孩"政策,意味着高龄孕妇将伴随这一政策的实施逐渐增加。随着母亲年龄增长,女性生殖系统不断衰老,35周岁后再生育子代合并胎儿发育异常、出生缺陷及出生后罹患疾病的风险亦相对增加。对即将面临的高龄孕妇所占比例的提高,如何做好孕前及孕期保健工作,降低胚胎/胎儿发育异常及出生缺陷的发生率,不仅是当今产科医疗队伍面临的极大考验,也是医务工作者义不容辞的责任和义务。
