催化动力学分析法测定空气中的微量锰

摘要 本文采用催化动力学分析法测定空气中微量锰。空气样本经微孔滤膜采集后,用1.0mol·L^(-1)HCl在沸水浴中浸取2h,然后利用锰(Ⅱ)对KIO_4氧化孔雀绿的催化作用对锰比色测定。本法检测下限为0.1ng/ml,线性范围为0~80ng/25ml,变异系数1.1~12.9%,加标回收率为91.3~106.5%(X=99.3%)。常见共存成分对测定无干扰。 A method for the cetermination of trace ma- nganese in air by catalytic kinetic method is pre- sented in this article. Manganese amd its compou- nds collected by millipore filter membrane were leached with 1.0 mol. L^(-1)HCl in a boiling water bath for 2h, then spectrophotometrically determi- ned using the catalytic effect of manganese (Ⅱ) to the oxidation of malachite green with potassium permdate m the presence of nitrlo triacetic acid as an activator. The detection limit of the method is 0. 1ng/ml, the range for the determination 0~ 80ng/25ml, the coefficient of variation 1. 1~12. 9%, recovery 91. 3~106. 5 (X=99. 3%). Common coexist- ent substances don't interfere with the determin- ation.
