大学生院前急救知识培训模式的探索 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨大学生院前急救知识普及的最佳模式。方法由校医院对本校大学生每月开展1次院前急救知识培训,培训形式为"面授+练习+考核"。采用广州市红十字会理论和技能评估工具在培训前、培训后1个月对学员的培训效果及满意度进行评估。结果截止目前共开展培训13期,培训学员972人。学员培训后1个月的考核成绩明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中共有929人通过考核获得初级救护员证书,通过率为95.6%,华南师范大学初级救护员拥有率达到1.6%。学员对课程的满意度平均为94.6%。结论依托校医院开展大学生院前急救知识普及是一种比较合理、有效、节约的培训模式,可以大大提高大学生对突发公共事件的应急能力。 Objective To investigate the optimal mode of popularizing pre-hospital emergency knowledge among college students. Method The hospital of the university conducted the training of pre-hospital first aid knowledge for the students in the form of "face-to-face teaching-practice-assessment" once a month. Before the training and after one-month training, the training effectiveness and satisfaction of all participants were evaluated with Guangzhou Red Cross theory and skill assessment tools. Results Up to now, there were 13 periods of training with 972 trainees. The assessment scores of the participants were significantly higher after one month's training and the difference between before and after the training was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Among all trainees, 929 managed to get Emt-i certificate through assessment, accounting for 95.6%. 1.6% of students in South China Normal University had Emt-i certificate. The satisfaction for the courses reached the average of 94.6%. Conclusion It is a quite reasonable, effective and economical training mode for the university hospital to popularize pre-hospital emergency knowledge among college students. This training can greatly improve the emergency ability of students to respond to public emergent events.
