品管圈在保障急诊护理流程畅通上的应用

The Application of the Quality Control Cycle on Securing Emergent Nursing Flow

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在急诊护理中保障急诊绿色通道畅通的应用效果。方法建立品管圈,针对选定的主题,借鉴QCC手段进行解析和质量持续改进,在活动实施3个月后对其结果进行对比与评价。结果该次品管圈活动有效地找到了问题,在确定主题的同时,分析了原因,然后逐条进行改进,使先前的各类问题得到解决,患者的满意度得到明显提高。结论品管圈活动不仅大幅缩短了急诊转运时间,而且保证了护理安全。同时,品管圈活动提高了护理人员的组织计划能力,增强了创造活力,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Quality Control Cycle （QCC） applied in securing emergent nursing flow. Method Set up QCC, and then analyzed the selected subject in order to improve quality of the emergent nursing system by the means of QCC. Results This QCC activity effectively found problems, defined subject, analyzed causes of the issues. Then, improved the system and solved those problems one by one, which obviously enhancing patient satisfaction. Conclusion The QCC activity not only decreases the time of emergent nursing flow, but also secures emergent nursing safety. Meanwhile, the QCC activity improves nurses＇ abilities to organize plan and increases their creativity, so it is worth to be promoted.
