血清总免疫球蛋白E检测在呼吸道过敏性疾病诊断中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Serum Total Immunoglobulin E Detection in the Diagnosis of Allergic Respiratory Disease

目的：探讨血清总免疫球蛋白E（ TIgE）检测在呼吸道过敏性疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法：采用微粒子化学发光法对来自我院变态反应疾病门诊的248例呼吸道疾病患者和20例健康体检者进行血清TIgE检测，同时对284例呼吸道疾病患者进行常见的吸入性过敏源特异性抗体E（ SIgE）检测。结果：在284例呼吸道疾病患者中112例患者TIgE检测结果显著高于健康对照组；98例患者常见吸入性过敏源SIgE检测结果呈阳性。其中在112例血清TIgE检测结果升高的患者中常见吸入性过敏原SIgE检测结果呈阳性的为87例；98例常见吸入性过敏源SIgE检测呈阳性的患者中血清TIgE检测结果显著高于健康对照组的为92例。临床对112例血清TIgE升高患者和98例常见吸入性过敏源SIgE阳性患者在治疗过程中增加脱敏治疗后临床疗效显著。结论：血清总免疫球蛋白E和常见吸入性过敏源SIgE联合检测有助于临床提高呼吸道过敏性疾病的诊断率。

Objective：To investigate clinical significance of serum total immunoglobulin E detection in the diagnosis of allergic respira-tory disease .Methods：284 cases of patients with respiratory diseases from the outpatient department of respiration in our hospital and 20 cases of healthy peoples were tested TIgE by the micro particle automatic chemiluminescence.While 284 cases of patients with respiratory diseases were tested for common inhaled allergen specific antigen E.Result：In 284 patients with respiratory diseases.112 patients with the results of TIgE was significantly higher than healthy controls and 98 patients with the results of common inhalant allergen SIgE were posi-tive.In 112 patients with the results of TIgE were elevated while 87 cases of common inhaled allergen SIgE test result were positive.In 98 patients with the results of common inhalant allergen SIgE were positive while 92 patients with the results of TIgE were elevated.All pa-tients of 112 case with the results of TIgE were elevated and 98 cases with the results of common inhalant allergen SIgE were positive add desensitization therapy in original treatment clinical effect is remarkable.Conclusion：The serum TIgE and common inhalant allergen SIgE were detected to respiratory allergic diseases.Which is helpful to clinical diagnosis respiratory allergic diseases .
