健康教育及心理护理在老年患者心血管MR检查中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析研究健康教育及心理护理在老年患者心血管MR检查中应用效果。方法:34例拟行CMRI老年心血管患者,并根据焦虑自评量表( SAS)评价患者的焦虑情况,之后给予患者实施健康教育以及心理护理,并在检查前再次统计SAS评分。结果:比较护理前后,患者的焦虑自评分比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均顺利接受检查,检查时间为47.9±22.9分钟。结论:给予老年患者心血管患者实施必要的健康教育以及心理护理,可有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,有利于顺利进行实施MR检查。 Objective:To study the health education and psychological nursing application effect in the elderly patients with cardiovas-cular MR examination.Method:34 cases of quasi CMRI in elderly patients with cardiovascular, and according to the self-evaluation of anxiety scale ( SAS) patients evaluation of anxiety in the patients condition, after giving patients health education and psychological nurs-ing, and statistical SAS scores again in front of the check.Results:comparison before and after nursing, patients'anxiety score comparison difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05), all well for inspection, inspection time was (47.9 ±22.9) min.Conclusion:elderly patients with cardiovascular patients'implementation of the necessary health education and psychological nursing, which can effectively im-prove the patient's anxiety, conducive to the smooth implementation of MR examination.
