摘要
通过实地问卷调查与数据统计,在分析重庆图书馆员工科研意向和科研建议的基础上,总结近年科研管理工作的经验做法,探讨当前科研工作存在的突出问题并提出相应的对策建议。
On the base of analyzing librarians＇ research intention and suggestions by questionnaire investigation, this paper summarizes the practices and experiences of research management work, explores the prominent problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
