济钢炼铁厂鱼雷罐为炼钢铁水重要的输送工具,因鱼雷罐在炼钢或铸铁机工序无法完全翻转,罐内剩余残铁均较多。原有方式为将鱼雷罐送入翻渣间,向残铁盆和残渣盆内分别倾倒,形成残铁块和残渣。此种方式收集的残铁块含渣量大、质量不稳定,炼钢生产难以消化,只能扣除一定比例亏吨后作废钢处理,与正常生产的生铁成本差价较大,仅此项每年直接损失近千万元,造成巨大的浪费,因此需采取必要的措施对鱼雷罐内残铁进行合理的回收,以降低炼铁生产成本。
