通过40kg试验焦炉探索配合煤细度、水分单因素变化对入炉煤堆密度及焦炭质量的影响,通过实验室研究为焦炉生产工艺参数控制提供指导方向。细度研究的控制范围64%-96%,水分研究的控制范围1%-18%。

This thesis is to explore the impact of coal charge fineness or moisture of single factor variation of the density and quality of coke through the 40kg test coke oven. Through laboratory research provide guidance for coke production process control parameters. Control range of fine- ness of 640/60-96%,and the control range of moisture on 1%-18%.
