摘要
以山西转型发展下煤炭工业人才危机为研究背景,揭示了山西煤炭工业人才短缺的现状,分析人才匮乏的影响因素,提出山西煤炭工业人才资源发展的政策建议及措施,为制定人才政策提供一定的参考。
The research is based on the shortage crisis of talents in coal industry during transformation development in Shanxi province. The paper reveals the current situation of the talents shortage, studies its influential factors, and proposed some suggestions and measures for human resources policy for the coal industry of Shanxi province, which could offer some references to make the policy of talents.
