摘要
分析大倾角胶带输送机钢丝绳芯胶带断带的原因,防止断带后造成安全生产事故;根据国内现有抓捕器的现状,设计结构简单、便于维护、试验、可实现自动捕捉功能的一种智能型断带保护装置。
According to belt breaking reasons of steel core in large-inclined belt conveyor, accidents caused by broken belt were studied and prevented. Based on the current belt-broken catcher in China, a simple smart belt-broken protector was designed to realize automatic capture of the broken points, which was simple in structure and easy to be maintained and tested.
