摘要
在理论分析的基础上,研究了3D打印机工艺螺杆转速和进给速度的匹配问题。根据物料平衡定律及打印材料挤出速度与进给速度的最佳比值,利用极大似然估计方法,得到了螺杆转速与进给速度的最佳匹配关系。结果表明,在给定进给速度的情况下,使用此最佳匹配算法得到的螺杆转速,能够很好地解决裂口问题,与现有的3D打印软件AXON提供的算法相比,打印成型质量有明显的提高。
In order to study the best match relationship between screw rotated speed and supply speed, according to the material balance law and the best ratio of extruded speed and supply speed, the best match relation between screw rotated speed and supply speed was obtained using the maximum likelihood estima- tion method. Experimental results show that at a special supply speed, the matched screw rotated speed calculated by using the best match relation can solve the gap problem efficiently. Compared with the AX- ON's match relation, the proposed method has a better shape quality.
