延续护理在乳腺癌改良根治术后出院患者中的应用

Application of Extended Nursing in Discharged Patients with Breast Cancer after Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的探讨延续护理在乳腺癌改良根治术后出院患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取解放军第305医院普外科行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者53例,采用自身对照研究,观察患者在出院接受延续护理后1、2、6、12个月后对健康教育知识的掌握、生活质量评分及对护理满意度。结果出院患者在接受延续护理后1、2、6、12个月对健康教育知识的掌握、生活质量评分及对护理满意度的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其总分及各维度得分均呈上升趋势,说明延续护理对健康教育知识的掌握、生活质量评分及对护理满意度的提高有改善,且时间愈长效果愈明显。结论延续护理带动了患者的主动康复,提高了患者的自我管理水平和对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing in discharged patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.Methods By convenience sampling,53 discharged pa-tients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy were selected and self contrast methods were used in the study.All patients received extended nursing after discharge.The score of awareness of health knowledge and life quality and the satisfaction rate to nursing of the patients at the 1,2,6 and 12 month af-ter discharge were compared respectively.Results The differences of score of awareness of health knowl-edge and life quality and satisfaction rate to nursing at the 1,2,6 and 12 month after discharge were signifi-cant statistically（all P〈0.01）.The total score and score for each dimensions were all increased.This means that the extended nursing increased the score of awareness of health knowledge and life quality and satis-faction rate to nursing of the patients.Conclusion The extended nursing improved the patients＇initiative habilitation,increased the level of self-management and the satisfaction rate to nursing service of patients.
