维生素K_1、酚磺乙胺与氨甲苯酸在输液中的配伍稳定性考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究维生素K1、酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸与0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后在避光或光照条件下的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定维生素K1、酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸与输液配伍后避光或光照条件下12 h内药物的含量,并观测配伍溶液的外观、p H值的变化。结果时间、光条件和输液种类均未对配伍溶液的外观性状和p H产生明显影响。在避光条件下,配伍溶液中三种药物含量均无明显变化;而光照条件下,酚磺乙胺和氨甲苯酸含量无变化,维生素K1含量显著下降。结论避光条件下,维生素K1、酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸在12 h内配伍稳定。 Objective To explore compatible and light stability of hemostatics in 0.9%sodium chloride infusion and 5%glucose infu-sion,which contained vitamin K 1 ,ethamsylate and aminomethylbenzoic acid .Methods An HPLC method was applied to measure con-centration of vitamin K 1 ,etamsylate and aminomethylbenzoic acid in twelve hours .The change of the appearance and pH in compatible solutions was observed .Results The appearance and pH of the compatible solutions showed no significant change under the different conditions of time ,light and infusion .Under the dark condition ,the appearance and contents of the three drugs in the solution had no obvious change .Under the condition of lighting ,the contents of etamsylate and aminomethylbenzoic acid did not change ,but the contents of vitamin K1 fell.Conclusions Under the dark condition ,the three kinds of hemostatics are stable in twelve hours .
