摘要 目的研究麻醉趋势指数(narcotrend index,NTI)监测复合Supreme喉罩通气在患者全身麻醉中应用的优越性。方法选择择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)全麻患者80例,采用抽签的方法将所有患者分为Narcotrend监测组(N组,n=40)和常规监测组(C组,n=40)。术中,C组全麻药用量依据患者的血压、心率等生命体征及平时用药经验进行调控;N组全麻药用量依据NTI进行调控。记录麻醉时间、手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间及麻醉后监测治疗室(post-anesthesia care unit,PACU)驻留时间;记录术中全麻药用量和患者围术期相关并发症的发生率。结果与C组比较,N组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间及PACU驻留时间明显缩短(P<0.05);全麻药丙泊酚的用量显著减少(P<0.01);全麻药咪达唑仑、舒芬太尼及罗库溴铵用量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);围术期相关并发症的发生率差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Narcotrend监测能减少患者全麻药用量,缩短苏醒时间,加快全麻后恢复;Supreme喉罩的使用能降低患者围术期相关并发症,提高麻醉质量。 Objective To discuss the superiority of Narcotrend index (Narcotrend index,NTI)monitoring composite Supreme laryngeal mask airway ventilate application in patients with general anesthesia .Methods Eighty cases of elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) patients with general anesthesia were distributed by lot into the NT surveillance group (N group,n=40) and regular monitoring group(C group,n=40).In group C intraoperative,general anesthetics dosage was adjusted and controlled based on the patient ’s blood pressure,heart rate and drug use experience at ordinary times while in N group the general anesthetics dosage was adjusted and con -trolled according to the Narcotrend index (Narcotrend index,NTI).Anesthesia time,operating time,awakening time,extubation time, post-anesthesia care unit(post-anesthesia care unit,PACU) reside time,the general anesthetics dosage and incidence of perioperative complications were recorded .Results Compared with C group ,the awakening time ,extubation time and PACU reside time in N group significantly shortened(P&lt;0.05).The general anesthetics dosage of propofol decreased significantly (P&lt;0.01).The general anesthet-ics dosage of midazolam,sufentanil and rocuronium were not significantly different (P&gt;0.05).The incidences of perioperative compli-cations were significantly different (P&gt;0.05).Conclusions Narcotrend monitoring can reduce the dosage of general anesthetics , shorten recovery time ,reduce the PACU dwell time and speed up the patients ’ recovery after general anesthesia .The use of the Su-preme laryngeal mask airway can reduce perioperative complications associated and improve the quality of anesthesia .
