通过品管圈活动降低住院药房调剂差错率

Reducing the rate of allocation errors in intpatient pharmacy by quality control circle activities

目的探讨品管圈在降低住院药房调剂差错率,提高药房精益化管理程度的效果。方法按照品管圈的步骤,分析住院药房发生调剂差错的原因,找出真因后进行对策拟定和对策实施,同时进行效果确认。结果品管圈活动结束后调剂差错率由实施前的每周14件降至每周9.8件,下降30%。品管圈成员的个人能力、团队精神等也得到了很大的提高。结论住院药房开展品管圈活动,可以降低住院药房调剂差错率;同时通过品管圈这种自下而上的执行方法实现圈员的自我管理,最终提高药房的精益化管理程度。

Objective To study the effect of Quality control cirle （QCC） activities in the reduction of inpatient pharmacy allocation er- rors and in the improvement of the pharmacy management. Methods Following the steps of QCC, we analyzed the reasons of inpatient pharmacy allocation errors. After we find out the true reasons, we developed the countermeasures. Then we implemented the counter- measures ,and confirmed the effects at the same time. Results The weekly average errors per week fell from 14 to 9.8, dropped by 30%. QCC brought about intangible outcomes including the improvements in the individual ability and the teamwork spirit, and so on. Conclusions Quality control circle activities achieves satisfactory results in error reduction and the pharmacy management in inpatient pharmacy.
