物理抗菌喷雾敷料治疗开放性浅表污染伤口的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨物理抗菌喷雾敷料与传统创伤护理(碘酒、酒精等)方法对开放性浅表污染伤口的效果及护理对策。方法将65例创伤病例随机分为实验组33例,对照组32例。两组在年龄、性别及伤口分布方面均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组给予规范物理抗菌喷雾敷料护理,对照组实施传统护理手段,比较两组在黏连程度、炎症程度和愈合时间的差异。结果实验组和对照组在愈合第15天黏连程度、第10天炎症程度及创伤愈合时间的比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论物理抗菌喷雾敷料与传统创伤护理方法相比对正常皮肤及创伤部位均无刺激作用及不良反应,且因其抑制细菌耐药性产生、长效、安全易护理等特点对创伤治疗有着其它传统方法不可比拟的优势,可广泛应用于临床。
