摘要
目的采用HPLC-ESI-MS法建立不同炮制温度下山楂炭的特征指纹图谱,为控制山楂炭的质量提供参考。方法采用HPLC-ESI-MS联用技术,对多批次不同温度炮制的山楂炭的甲醇提取物进行分析,建立山楂炭的特征图谱。结果建立的特征图谱精密度、重复性、稳定性均较好,可反应出山楂炭的炮制温度,并能对山楂的不同炮制品进行鉴别区分。结论本研究建立的方法简单,重复性良好,可为山楂炭质量控制标准提供参考。
AIM To evaluate the characteristic spectrum for the quality control of Crataegi Fructus charcoal. METHODS The characteristic spectrum of Crataegi Fructus charcoal was established by HPLC-ESI-MS methodbased on the analysis of methanol extracts from some different firepower Crataegi Fructus charcoal and different stir- frying Crataegi Fructus charcoal. RESULTS The HPLC-ESI-MS characteristic spectrum was established with good stability, precision and reproducibility. It can be used to distinguish the firepower process of Crataegi Fructus charcoal, and the stir-frying Crataegi Fructus. CONCLUSION This method has the advantages of simple opera- tion, good reproducibility and it is a powerful tool for identification of Crataegi Fructus charcoal and its quality con- trol.
