利益竞逐与价值坚守——对美国研究型大学商业化的反思 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪90年代,人类进入知识经济时代,各国都想在全球化竞争中占得先机,作为创造知识、传播知识的高等教育机构被赋予更多的责任。美国研究型大学不仅是学习和研究的中心,也是创新科技商业化的基地。政府投资减少、经济全球化、研发需求增加等原因促使大学商业化成为必然。美国研究型大学通过技术转移中心、创新育成中心、创新技术衍生公司、公立学校部分民营化等模式将研究成果商业化,为学校带来了巨大收益,但也对学术、管理、课程、教学等产生了负面影响。大学应合理控制知识的商业化,以平衡公共利益;大学应明确办学理念,同时顺应时代变化;大学应培养学生转变学习观念,选择新的学习方式。
