摘要
重点介绍了一种应用于锂电负极材料石墨化炉多路温度实时采集器的硬件和软件设计。此采集器以Freescale MC9S08DZ60单片机为核心,完成多路数据采集,软硬件结合进行数据处理,带有RS485总线接口,采用Modbus/RTU协议与上位机进行通信。运行结果表明所设计的温度采集器能够满足生产需要,且结构简单,易于和其他设备接口,具有很好的实用价值。
The hardware and software design of a real time multi-channel temperature collector used in collection of Lithium electrode material graphite furnace temperature is introduced emphatically. This collector takes Freescale MC9S08DZ60 microcontroller as the core of the system to complete multi-channel data acquisition, process data and communicate with the host computer using the Modbus/RTU protocol with RS485 bus interface. The results show that the temperature collector meets the production needs, and the structure is simple, and it is easy to interface with other devices and has good practical value.
