摘要
现代装备设计日趋复杂,智能化程度日益提高,电路板上往往包括多种模拟或数字信号以及模块间通信接口。与开发测试环境相比,由于设计复杂性,装备的现场运行往往有难以预设的状况出现,且难以在实验室复现故障。为此研发了板载数字记录装置,可以长时间实时记录装备工作时电路板上各种信号以及通信数据包。该数字记录装置已在硬件平台完成测试验证,并得到实际应用。深入介绍了记录模块设计的关键技术,包括多路AD采样、高速存储、多路串口数据包捕获。
Modern equipment is a complex system, which is often controlled by one or more processors, including a variety of analog or digital circuits and inter-module communication units. Furthermore, the real working environment of the equipment is hardly predictable and reproducible in the laboratory condition. A real time on-board logging system is developed, which is verified in application and can record all of signals and communication data packets. The key technologies of the recorder are introduced, including multi-channel AD sampiing, high-speed storage and multi-channel serial data packet capture.
