摘要
文章探讨了国产紧密纺纺制纯棉精梳纱配置要求。通过合理配置纺纱工艺、设备、紧密纺形式,优选纺纱部件,保证设备安装质量,严格控制车间温湿度,使得国产紧密纺设备所纺纯棉精梳紧密纱质量达到较高水平,满足了客户需求。
The configuration requirements of domestic compant spinning machine to spin combed cotton yarn were discussed. Through optimizing spinning technology, machine, compact device, selecting spinning components, ensuring machine installation quality, strictly controlling temperature and humidity in the workshop, the combed compact yarn spun on domestic compact spinning machine was reached high quality level.
