摘要
要提高《食品工艺学》课程的教学质量,需要教师和学生从思想认识上强化《食品工艺学》课程的重要性,并认真梳理该课程的教学大纲、教学内容,仔细进行课前准备,同时在课程教学过程中采取灵活多样的教学方式。
In order to improve teaching quality of the course of food technology,I suggest that teacher and students should emphasize the importance of the course of food technology, settle seriously the teaching program and content of the course,carefully make the lesson preparation and adopt diverse teaching ways during the teaching process.
