摘要
了解保健品中化学污染物的本底水平,有利于科学地进行综合判定,为制定相关的标准和法规提供理论依据.本文采用微波消解-离子交换分离-石墨炉原子吸收法对12种番茄红素胶囊中铬本底值水平进行测定和分析.结果表明,番茄红素样品中Cr本底值为401 ~ 4521 μg/kg,Cr(Ⅵ)本底水平为0.7~266μg/kg,仅占Cr的0.9%~7%,番茄红素中的铬主要以Cr(Ⅲ)形式存在;Cr、Cr(Ⅵ)暴露健康风险指数分别为0.007和0.0006,无健康风险.本研究为正确认识番茄红素中铬天然水平及健康风险评估提供了数据支持.
knowing the background levels of pollutants in health food products can help the comprehensive judgments in making products standards.It can also provide theoretical basis for establishing the regulator.Chromium levels in 12 different lycopene samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion and ion-exchange separation.The results demonstrate that the total chromium (Cr) and hexavalent chromium (Cr (Ⅵ)) background levels were 401 ~4521μg/kg and 0.7 ~266μg/kg,respectively.Cr(Ⅲ) was the main form of Cr in Lycopene.The content of Cr(Ⅵ) was only 0.9% ~7% of Cr.The exposure health risk indexes were 0.007 and 0.0006,respectively.Therefore,there is no health risk of Cr and Cr(Ⅵ).These results provided a reference for chromium content in nature and its risk assessment in Lycopene.
