呼吸系统疾病中医证型与细菌感染相关研究

Correlative Study on Respiratory Disease Syndrome and Bacterial Infection

[目的]探讨呼吸系统疾病中医证型与细菌感染相关性。[方法]对河南省鹤壁市朝歌肾病专科医院内科门诊收治的250例呼吸系统疾病患者进行回顾性分析。[结果]呼吸系统细菌感染性疾病证型细菌感染率频次排序:肺热壅盛(86.9%)>脾肾阳虚(79.7%)>痰湿内盛(77.2%)>外寒内饮(67.2%),混合细菌感染率频次排序:痰湿内盛(8.2%)>肺热壅盛(6.8%)>脾肾阳虚(13.6%)>外寒内饮(1.6%)。[结论]肺热壅盛以革兰氏阳性菌为主,脾肾阳虚以革兰氏阴性菌为主,痰湿内盛以真菌感染为主,外寒内饮以革兰氏阴、阳性菌为主。4种证型混合细菌感染主要为革兰氏阳性菌与真菌感染。

[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrometype of respiratory diseases and bacterial infections. [ Methods ] Chaoge, Hebi, Henan province, kidney specialist hospital medical clinic treated 250patients with respiratory disease patients were retrospectively analyzed. [ Results ]Hespiratory bacteria infection sex disease card type bacteria infection frequency sort：Lung hot backwater Sheng （ 86.9% ） 〉 spleen kidney Yang （ 79.7% ） 〉 phlegm wet within Sheng （ 77.2% ） 〉 outside cold within drink （ 67.2% ）, mixed bacteria infection frequency sort：phlegm wet within Sheng （ 8.2% ） 〉 Lung hot backwater Sheng （ 6.8% ） 〉 spleen kidney Yang （ 13.6% ） 〉outside cold within drink （ 1.6% ） . [ Conclusion ] Heat obstructing lung Sung toGram-positive bacteria, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney in gramnegative bacteria and dampness inside dominated by fungal infection, external cold drink in Gram positive and negative bacteria. 4 syndromesmixed bacterial infections mainly Gram-positive bacteria and fungalinfections.
