疏肝健脾化瘀汤联合合理饮食治疗小儿厌食症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察疏肝健脾化瘀汤联合合理饮食治疗小儿厌食症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例对症治疗,吗丁啉,每次0.5mg/kg,3次/d,口服。多酶片,0.25g/次,3次/d,口服。复合维生素B,10mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组60例疏肝健脾化瘀汤(柴胡、香附、砂仁冲、佛手、白术各6g,神曲、山楂、白扁豆、茯苓各10g,三棱、莪术各6g;脾胃虚弱加党参、陈皮各6g;偏湿加藿香、佩兰各6g;肝郁加郁金、白芍各6g;食滞加槟榔、枳壳各6g;偏淤加赤芍、桃仁各6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访20d,观测复发率。[结果]7d、14d西医的治愈率均高于中医,而30d时二者临床疗效等效(P>0.05),治疗时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访20d,治疗组复发3例,对照组复发9例,复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝健脾化瘀汤联合合理饮食治疗小儿厌食症效果显著,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Shuganjianpi circulation Tonga reasonable diet treatment of children with anorexia effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
