柴胡疏肝散联合耳穴压豆治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Radix Bupleuri Liver Joint Ear Bean Powder in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合耳穴压豆治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组20例莫沙必利,5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组20例柴胡疏肝散(柴胡、川芎各12g,陈皮10g,香附、白芍、枳壳、厚朴、砂仁、白术各12g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服。穴位耳压:3g王不留行籽置于抗过敏胶布上,贴于十二指肠穴和胃穴上,对其按摩,32次/min,1h/次,直至耳穴轻微痛感,1次/d,两耳交替敷贴,3d/1次。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈6例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散联合耳穴压豆治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,值得推广。

Treatment group （ 20 cases of radix bupleuri liver powder （ Chaihu, Chuanqiong each 12 g, Chenpi 10 g, Xiangu, Baishao, Zhike, Houpu, Sharen, Baizhu each 12g, Zhigancao 6 g ）, l/d, Fried 200 mL water, morning and evening oral;Acupuncture ear pressure： 3g king without seed on allergy on the tape, stick on the stomach and duodenum hole, the massage, 32 times/ min, 1 h/time, until the points slight pain, l/d, ears sticking, alternately 3 d change once. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 8 cases cured, 10 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 90.00%. Control group cure 6, 8 cases effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Radix bupleuri joint ear bean in the treatment of functional dyspepsia liver spread effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
