液囊空肠管注入大黄促进重症急性胰腺炎肠功能恢复随机平行对照研究

Sac Jejunum Tube Injection Rhubarb Promote for Severe Acute Pancreatitis Bowel Function Recovery Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察液囊空肠管注入大黄促进重症急性胰腺炎肠功能恢复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组20例入院24h内大黄液保留灌肠,100mL/次,保留时间2h,2次/d。治疗组20例入院24h内胃镜置入液囊空肠管至空肠内,并经液囊空肠管注入大黄液,100mL/次,保留时间2h,2次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肠功能恢复时间(肠鸣音恢复、第一次排便)、血尿淀粉酶、白细胞、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈6例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。时间指标治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]液囊空肠管注入大黄促进重症急性胰腺炎肠功能恢复疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective ; To observe the sac jejunum tube injection rhubarb promoting effect for severe acute pancreatitis bowel function recovery. E Methods ;Using random parallel control method, the 40 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group 20 patients admitted to hospital within 24 h to rhubarb fluid retention enema, 100 ml/seeond, retention time 2 h, 2 times/d. Treatment group （ 20 cases admitted to hospital 24 h Canon of gastroseope in sac jejunum tube to the jejunum, and by the sac jejunum tube injection liquid rhubarb, 100 ml/seeond, retention time 2 h, 2 times/ d. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, time index, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment （ 21d ）, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] the treatment group 14 cases cured, effective in 5 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group cure 6 cases marked effectiveness, 7 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 65.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Timing indicators in treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Sac jejunum tube injection rhubarb promote for severe acute pancreatitis bowel function recovery effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
