肿痛安胶囊口服联合外敷治疗颞下颌关节紊乱随机平行对照研究

Sore Ann Capsule Oral Topical Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察肿痛安胶囊口服联合外敷治疗颞下颌关节紊乱疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例肿痛安胶囊,0.56g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组40例肿痛安胶囊外敷,药粉撒于疼痛区,据疼痛严重程度,有针对性涂抹,3次/d。口服肿痛安胶囊治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、颞下颌关节功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈32例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组痊愈16例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]肿痛安胶囊口服联合外敷治疗颞下颌关节紊乱疗效显著,值得推广。

[ Results ] the treatment group 32 cases cured, 7 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.50%. Control group healed in 16 cases, 12 cases were effectively, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Swelling Ann capsule oral topical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
