补清结合方治疗白血病30例临床观察

"Fill", "Clear" Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Leukemia Combined Treatment

[目的]观察补清结合方治疗白血病疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对30例住院及门诊患者补清结合方(灵芝5g,大青叶3g,牛黄0.2g,女贞子4g,沙苑子3g,板蓝根4g,冬虫夏草7g,羚羊角2g,黄精5g,赤芍3g,何首乌5g,野苦草15g,当归5g,红花2g,麦冬4g,五加皮5g;严重出血酌加仙鹤草、三七等;严重骨关节疼痛酌加独活、羌活;纳差酌加谷芽、神曲),2剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血常规、骨髓象、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]完全缓解16例,明显进步11例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。[结论]补清结合方治疗白血病效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods 30 cases of inpatient and outpatient ＂fill＂, ＂clear＂ combination square （ Tianranlingzhi 5g, Daqingye 3g, Niuhuang 0.2g, Nvzhenzi 4g, Shayuanzi 3g, Banlangen 4g, Dongchongxiacao 7g, Lingyangjiao 2g, Huangjing 5g, Chishao 3g, Heshouwu 5g, Yekucao 15g, Dangui 5g, Honghua 2g, Maimendong 4g, Wujiapi 5g; severe bleeding add a little Xianhecao, Sanqi, etc.; severe bone and joint pain discretion plus Duhuo, Qianghuo; Notopterygium; anorexia add Guya, Shenqu ）, 2 does/d, decoction 300mL, sooner or later orally. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results] 16 cases of complete remission, significant progress in 11 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00.
