辨证分型治疗老年高血压随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗老年高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例住院患者按抽签法简单随机为两组。对照组55例硝苯地平,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组55例1肝阳上亢,天麻钩藤饮(青箱子18g,桑叶12g,决明子9g,菊花12g,白蒺藜10g,生地20g,地龙15g,川牛膝9g,夏枯草15g,桑寄生9g,青木香18g,甘草6g,钩藤18g);2痰湿中阻,白术半夏天麻汤(白术15g,半夏、天麻各10g,陈皮9g,瓜蒌10g,石菖蒲12g,白僵蚕、茯苓、郁金各10g,甘草5g,枳实10g,山楂30g);3肝肾阴虚,左归丸(女贞子12g,甘草10g,川牛膝、熟地各18g,旱莲草、枸杞子各12g,菊花18g,龟胶12g,山药10g,酸枣仁炒25g,地龙18g,菟丝子12g,山茱萸10g);4阴阳两虚,四君汤(白蒺藜10g,生地15g,甘草、茯苓各10g,麦冬20g,仙茅、桂枝各10g,白术30g,枸杞子10g,人参8g,淫羊藿15g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96.36%。对照组显效26例,有效20例,无效9例,总有效率83.63%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗老年高血压疗效显著,值得推广。
