辨证分型治疗高血压80例临床观察

Differential Treatment of Hypertension,80 Cases of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗高血压疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对80例门诊患者辩证分型1肝阳上亢,平肝养阴方(天麻、钩藤各15g,黄柏8g,茯苓、木香各10g,知母9g,沙参10g,鸡内金、陈皮各8g,麦冬6g,白术8g);2肾虚,益肾补虚方(鲜地黄20g,山药15g,枸杞子、泽泻各10g,熟附子5g,白术、茯苓、牛膝、白芍、生姜各10g);3肝阳化风,镇肝熄风方(怀牛膝25g,天麻、生龙骨、生牡蛎各15g,栀子9g,黄连6g,丹参8g,天冬、杭芍各15g,甘草5g,茵陈6g,川楝子8g);4瘀血内停,桃红四物汤(柴胡9g,赤芍10g,丹参8g,红花6g,牛膝9g,当归10g,贝母9g,熟地15g,川芎、白芍、桃仁各10g,桂枝9g);以上方药均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床控制9例,显效29例,有效40例,无效2例,总有效率97.50%。[结论]辨证分型治疗高血压疗效显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] 80 cases outpatient （1） Yang Syndrome, Liver and yin side （ Tianma, Gouteng each 15g, Huangbo 8g, Fuling, Muxiang each 10g, Zhimu 9g, Shashen 10g, Jineijin, Chenpi each 8g, Maidong 6g, Baizhu 8g ） ; （2）kidney deficiency, kidney tonic side （Xiandihuang 20g, Shanyao 15g, Gouqizi, Zexie 10g, Shufuzi 5g, Baizhu, Fuling, Niuxi, Baishao, Shengjiang each 10g ） ; （3） liver Yang wind Syndrome, Zhenganxifeng party （Huainiuxi 25g, Tianma, Shenglonggu, Shengmuli each 15g, Zhizi 9g, Huanglian 6g, Danshen 8g, Tiandong, I4angshao each 15g, Gancao 5g, Yinchen 6g, Chuanlianzi 8g） ; bleeding stopped within （4） certificate Taohongsiwutang （ Chaihu 9g, Chishao 10g, Danshen 8g, Honghua 6g, Niuxi 9g, Dangui 10g, Beimu 9g, Shudi 15g, Chuanxiong, Baishao, Taoren each 10g, Guizhi 9g） ; these prescriptions are a / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. 15d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] recovered nine cases, 29 cases markedly effective in 40 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 97.50%. [ Conclusion ] Differential Treatment of hypertension effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
