柴胡疏肝散联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌随机平行对照研究

Advanced Breast Cancer Treated With Bupleurum Powder for Soothing the Liver Combined with Chemotherapy Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组49例多西他赛75mg/m2,静滴1h;多柔比星50mg/m2,静脉冲入。治疗组49例柴胡疏肝散(柴胡醋10g,赤、白芍各20g,川芎、枳壳各10g,陈皮8g,香附15g,郁金10g,夏枯草、王不留行各30g,漏芦15g);化疗方案同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量、中医证候评分、骨髓抑制、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]近期疗效治疗组完全缓解5例,部分缓解26例,疾病稳定12例,疾病进展6例,总体疗效63.27%;对照组完全缓解3例,部分缓解29例,疾病稳定15例,疾病进展2例,总体疗效65.31%;近期疗效对照组优于治疗组(P>0.05)。生活质量治疗组提高24例,稳定22例,减低3例;对照组提高16例,稳定22例,减低11例;生活质量治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候评分治疗组基本痊愈10例,显效25例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率95.91%;对照组基本痊愈2例,显效18例,有效22例,无效7例,总有效率85.71%;中医证候评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。骨髓抑制治疗组0度18例,I度18例,II度9例,III度4例,发生率63.27%;对照组0度7例,I度24例,II度11例,III度7例,发生率85.71%;两组均未发生Ⅳ度骨髓抑制,骨髓抑制发生率治疗组低于对照组(P>0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效显著,值得推广。

To observe clinical curative effect of advanced breast cancer treated with modified Bupleurum Powder for Soothing the Liver combined with chemotherapy. [ Methods ] According to their visit orders, 98 advanced breast cancer inpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table, 49 cases in the observation group, 49 cases in the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with modified Bupleurum Powder for Soothing the Liver and chemotherapy, while only treated with chemotherapy in the control group. [ Results ] 5 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 26 cases, 12 cases of stable disease, progressive disease six cases, the overall effect of 63.27%. Group 3 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 29 cases, 15 cases of stable disease, progressive disease two cases, the overall effect of 65.31%. Term efficacy in the control group than the treatment group （ P〉 0.05 ） . Improve the treatment group 24 cases, reducing the three cases, stable 22 cases. Improve the control group 16 cases, 11 cases lower, stable 22 cases. Quality of life, the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05 ） . The basic treatment group recovered 10 cases, effective in 25 cases, effective 12 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.91%. Basically recovered two cases in the control group, 18 cases markedly effective in 22 cases, seven cases, the total efficiency of 85.71%. TCM syndrome score in treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05 ） . Treatment group 0 degrees 18 cases, Ⅰ degree 18 cases, degree II 9 cases, the degree Ⅲ 4 cases, the incidence of 63.27%. 0 degrees 7 cases in the control group, I degree 24 cases, degree Ⅱ 11 cases, the degree Ⅲ 7 cases, the incidence of 85.71%. Two Ⅳ myelosuppression did not occur, the incidence of bone marrow suppression therapy group than in the control group （ P〉 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Modified Bupleurum Powder for Soothing the Liver combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer patients has good clinical effect.
