固本抑瘤Ⅱ号联合化疗治疗乳腺癌晚期随机平行对照研究

Thrift Tumor Suppression Ⅱ Number Late Random Parallel Control Study Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Breast Cancer

[目的]观察固本抑瘤Ⅱ号联合化疗治疗乳腺癌晚期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例去甲长春花碱联合顺铂（NP）,第1∽8d去甲长春花碱25mg/m2,第2∽4d顺铂总量70mg/m2;8d为1周期,连续3周期为1疗程。治疗组30例固本抑瘤Ⅱ号（枸杞子20g,淫羊藿10g,川芎15g,鸡血藤10g,莪术15g,浙贝母、苦参各10g,党参20g,茯苓、白术各15g,生黄芪25g,女贞子20g）,1剂/d,水煎180mL,3次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗24d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制4例,显效15例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。对照组临床控制2例,显效10例,有效4例,无效14例,总有效率53.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]固本抑瘤Ⅱ号联合化疗治疗乳腺癌晚期疗效显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the thrift tumor suppression Ⅱ number late curative effect of combined western medicine treatment of breast cancer. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 60 eases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. Went to the control group 30 cases JiaChangChun plus cisplatin （ NP ） scheme with alkali, 1 - 8 d to JiaChangChun spent alkali 25 mg/m2, 2 - 4 d eisplatin total 70 mg/m2. Eight days for a cycle, for three consecutive cycles for a period of treatment. Treatment group 30 cases of thrift tumor suppression Ⅱ number （ Gouqizi 20g, Yinyanghuol0g, Chuanqiong15g, Jixueteng 10g, E＇ zhu15g, Zhebeimu, Kushen each 10g, Dangshen 20g, Fuling, Baizhu each 15g, Dhenghuangqi 25g, Nvzhenzi 20g）, l/d, Fried 180 ml water, 3 times/ d, oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous 24 d treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group healed in 4 cases, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 80.00%. Control group healed in 2 cases, 10 cases were markedly effective, effective 4 cases, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 53.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Thrift tumor suppression Ⅱ combined western medicine treatment of late breast cancer effect, is worth promoting.
