止痛散穴位贴敷联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗肾虚督寒强直性脊柱炎

Ankylosing Spondylitis Parallel Randomized Controlled Study Pain Treatment San Acupoint Application

[目的]观察止痛散穴位贴敷联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗肾虚督寒强直性脊柱炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将144例住院患者按按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组72例柳氮磺吡啶片,第1周0.25g/次,2次/d,第2周0.5g/次,2次/d,第3周0.75g/次,2次/d,第4周以后1g/次,2次/d。治疗组72例止痛散穴位贴敷,穴位:大椎、命门、腰阳关、肺腧双侧、足三里双侧、外关双侧,1次/5d,连续3次;柳氮磺吡啶治疗同对照组。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床指标(BASFI指数、BASDAI指数、脊柱痛VAS评分、患者总体评分、CRP)不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效34例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率88.40%。对照组痊愈7例,显效16例,有效27例,无效20例,总有效率71.42%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。临床指标均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]止痛散穴位贴敷联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗肾虚督寒强直性脊柱炎,疗效显著,值得推广。

In the control group healed seven cases were cured, 16 cases, effective 27 cases, ineffective in 20 cases, the total efficiency of 71.42%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Clinical parameters were improved （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] San acupoint sticking pain treatment of ankylosing st^ndylitis effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
